I ordered the shirt expecting it to show up in decent condition, but the box was a mess. The packaging felt cheap, was torn up, and the shirt came out all crushed. It’s frustrating because it feels like the bar keeps getting lowered, first you just hope the item arrives, then you have to hope it’s not shoved into flimsy packaging and wrecked by the time it gets to you.

I do like some of the clothes, but the sizing has been frustrating. I’ll order the same size in different items and they fit totally differently, so buying online feels like a gamble. One shirt fit perfectly, and another in the same size was way too tight. Returns are doable, but I’m tired of having to deal with it every time, and when you bring it up, it kind of feels like nobody really takes ownership or has an answer for why it keeps happening.

I ordered this thinking it would arrive in a normal amount of time, but it seriously felt like it took forever. The worst part was there weren’t any clear updates, so I was just left guessing the whole time. Like, how is this okay? Frustrating experience overall.

I really wanted to like this shirt, but the fabric just felt kinda stiff and plasticky against my skin. After wearing it for a few hours, it got reaaally annoying. Sadly, not for me.

I picked up a couple of pieces thinking they’d be good for both work and weekends, but for some reason they just don’t really fit either situation. They’re not quite polished enough for meetings, but they also feel a little too dressed up for a regular casual day. For the price, I expected to get more use out of them, so I’m disappointed...

I ordered a shirt from Ministry of Supply, and the shirt itself was totally fine, no complaints there. The delivery side was a little more iffy, though. Tracking just kind of stopped updating for a few days, which is always fun when you’re checking it like it’s going to magically change (been there). It also arrived later than the original estimate.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just mildly annoying when you’re waiting around and don’t really know what’s happening. I’d probably order from them again, but if I needed something by a specific date, I’d think twice.

I tried to shop on ministryofsupply.com ministry of Supply made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were slow, the filters kept clearing themselves, and I had to dig around just to find basic sizing info, which should not be that hard when you’re buying clothes online.
Checkout was just as annoying on my phone. I had to re-enter my details more than once, and by that point I was over it and gave up. If they’re charging this much for clothing, they really need to take responsibility for making sure the website actually works smoothly.

I ordered my usual size and the fit was just strange. It was way too tight around the shoulders but then somehow too long everywhere else. Not saying it’s a scam, but the sizing definitely didn’t feel accurate to me. Returning it was also more of a hassle than I expected.

These pants are comfortable and have a nice bit of stretch when I’m walking around or sitting for a while. The fit isn’t exactly perfect on me, but it’s close enough, and overall they’re really good for moving around in.

Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would feel comfortable buying from them again when there’s another sale.

They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would for what felt like a simple question.
